it's all about this:

Time management

I always hear this: "I don't have time!"
hmm... why don't you?? By dividing your time properly, you can spend your day doing all what you want to do and might even have time to relax, pamper yourself... etc.

I do know this though: some people love to say this in order to give themselves this glow of importance. Why would they want that? I really don't understand.

So...
To have a stress-free and more productive life, follow these tips:
  • Don't get your to-do-list all tangled in your mind.
  • Set your priorities right.
  • Get to know yourself more and know when is the perfect time for you to work your best for each and every task.
  • BIG tasks can be split up into little tasks. Put this in mind!!
  • Need help?? ask the one person you know would do the task as you would do it.
  • Don't do everything at once. Slow doesn't mean "bad."
  • "Tomorrow is another day." Yes it is, but not for your tasks! Do them on time.
  • Your to-do-list has trivial tasks with no importance at all, just keep them on the side or just trash them.
  • Remember that sleeping in the right time for 7-8 hours will help you more in getting your tasks done.
  • Try your best to get rid of any distractions.
Not that hard at all, isn't it?
write them down in order for you to use them whenever you get stuck!

Have a stress-free life :D

Beautiful words from my smart, beautiful friend! I agree completely - have seen several people (usually coworkers) claim they "never have time" to do all they need/should do. And yet, yours truly never brings work home nor do I run behind on my tasks. Why? Well, I do them during my 8 hrs of work each day! lol!

As someone who made the most of every minute in the last year, I love your suggestions. Prioritize! Know what is truly important and what is just a "want" - makes all the difference. Trust me - when you think you may not have any time left, you realize how trivial so much of our daily lives can be. Treasure the important, trash the rest!

Love you, Hadeel!! XXOO
